Policies

Our Policies apply to all clients, new and returning. Please understand that all of our policies are for the safety and satisfaction of all clients. We will explain in a few short sentences why we implement the policy we do so please read carefully.

Beginning May 15th 2022, ALL policies listed shall be placed for new and existing clients.

  • CLIENTS MUST LEAVE A VALID CARD ON FILE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS.

  • IF CLIENT NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL, CLIENT MUST CALL AND CONTACT WAX SUITES BY SOPHIA JACQUELINE BEFORE 24 HOUR NOTICE OR WILL BE CHARGED HALF OF THE FULL SERVICE(S) FEE.

  • CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING UNDER 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN HALF OF THE FULL SERVICE(S) FEE.

  • If you did not cancel or reschedule your appointment it will still be considered confirmed and you will be charged the 24 hour cancelation fee of 50% of the service.

  • ANY APPOINTMENTS THAT WILL BE OVER 10 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN A NO-SHOW AND A HALF OF THE FULL SERVICE(S) FEE.

  • ALL NO-SHOWS RESULT IN HALF OF THE FULL SERVICE(S) FEE.

  • IF CLIENT RESCHEDULES ON MORE THAN 3 OCCASIONS PER APPOINTMENT THE CLIENT WILL NO LONGER BE SEEN.

These policies are in place to maintain a regulated and fair schedule for all clients. Rescheduling and cancelling at a short moments notice can deeply impact the clients and esthetician because it takes time, resources, and appointments away. We try to be as fair, accommodating and respectful to all clients and cannot accept any less in return for our staff and clients. So kindly, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at 312-731-6554 prior to the 24 hour mark. Please also note, we are closed Sundays and Mondays, if you need to cancel or reschedule on these closed dates please leave a detailed voicemail, with your name, number, and appointment time.
